Cool Pool

Although it looks like a card to celebrate the 4th of July, in reality it is a card that will be sent to a friend of mine that revels in being a nonconformist and celebrates Christmas in July and the 4th of July at Christmas. This is my card for this week's Squigglefly Challenge to use an image for any holiday, but make it a card for a different holiday than it was intended.  I used Cool Pool by Teresa Ward of Squigglefly. Can you tell that except for her hat, she's totally naked? It is going to be a cold Christmas for her.

  6. oh I'll bet your friend is fun to visit in July! That's actually how I got my name - because I was Christmas in July.
I love the bow you added to her hat Tammy, and it's a fun way you did the sentiment on the cloud shapes.
